Dr. Natasha Helena

​As a fourth-generation energy healer and lifelong intuitive, I have been working with spiritual energy since childhood. Initiated into Reiki, self-healing, and energy clearing at a young age, I began studying astrology and offering readings, and have continued to do so throughout my life.

 

My work today centers on transformational intuitive coaching and Vedic astrology, an ancient wisdom tradition designed to reveal karmic patterns and consciously co-create their evolution. Using all seven clairs, I have delivered thousands of readings, helping clients align with their highest potential. As a medium and channel, I facilitate communication across dimensions and transmit refined streams of consciousness that offer precise, transformative insight.

 

I am also trained in past-life regression and the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), developed by pioneer Dolores Cannon. I guide clients to connect with their higher self and receive profound healing and transformational understanding.​

MY APPROACH

Health, Movement, Wellbeing

While my background includes a deep understanding of psychological processes, this work is not psychotherapy. Traditional therapy typically focuses on diagnosing, processing, and treating mental health symptoms over time. My work, by contrast, is purpose-driven, integrative, and forward-focused.

 

Rather than working primarily within a clinical framework, I support clients in understanding patterns, releasing energetic and emotional blockages, and actively moving toward their life goals.
